For special circumstances, we provide on-line support of products on a pre-schedule basis. If a support representative determines your problem can be best handled by on-line support, you will be provided a PIN number to establish an on-line support session. During this session, our representative can connect (only with your permission on a one-time basis) to your computer and observe your screen as you work.
Our on-line support service is powered by LogMeIn Rescue and is protected by 256 bit, encrypted SSL communications. Support sessions can only be initiated by the client and once a support session ends all access rights are removed.
