Executive Property Manager (EPM)

EPM is a fully integrated accounting and management system for professional real estate asset managers.  With residential and commercial tenant management, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Trust Fund Banking and flexible reporting, it easily handles the processing requirements for hundreds of properties and rental units.

EPM was originally developed in the late 1980's for Alpha Micro computer systems and has been continuously maintained and improved.  The current version of EPM runs on Alpha Micro, UNIX, Linux and Windows operating systems.

The original EPM system is no longer sold and is being replaced with our new, state-of-the-art Windows-only system dubbed WinEPM.  For support with existing EPM installations, please see our Support page for contact information and Tips.

EPM for Windows (WinEPM)

WinEPM is a complete rewrite of our Executive Property Manager software product to take advantage of the standard Microsoft Windows Graphical User Interface.  WinEPM also utilizes the industry standard Microsoft SQL Server 2005 as its data repository which allows for enhanced reporting and data extraction capabilities.

Thus far we have dedicated over three years of design and development work into WinEPM and we are anticipating a general release of the product by the end of Q1 2007.  Much of the delay in providing the new WinEPM has been due to rapidly changing Microsoft technologies during our development cycle.
